Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment time will forfeit your deposit. No-showing to your appointment will also forfeit your deposit and require a new deposit to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
My goal is to provide the best service possible to all of my clients. With respect to others and their appointment times, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I reserve the right to modify services to fit the allotted appointment time or reschedule the appointment where your deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit Policy
Booking deposits of $50 are required for all services valued over $200, and $100 for all services valued over $300. This deposit will come from your total service cost on the day of your appointment. This deposit is to secure your appointment, the appointment time will not be secured until the deposit is paid or the intention to pay is communicated with staff.
All deposits are fully refundable when notice of rescheduling or cancellation is given 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment
No show / no-contact policy
I reserve the right to refuse future bookings if you 1. Do not show to your pre booked appointment and 2. Refuse contact / make no point of communication following the missed appointment time. My time, as well as other clients time is precious and when working with clients in a one-on-one environment I simply can not book clients who do not respect the nature of the business.
